Maxime Champy, MD, DMD, is professor emeritus and the former director of maxillofacial surgery at the University of Strasbourg located in Strasbourg, France. Bill Terry, DDS, is professor emeritus and the former director of oral and maxillofacial surgery in the school of dentistry at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA.
