15 September 2017 – Maetrics, a global leader in life science consulting, has appointed Brian Moan to Director of Solutions Delivery in Europe. A highly qualified industry expert, Brian is a proven leader with a strong track record in regulatory compliance as well as product quality and design.

With over 20 years of experience working with medical device manufacturers, Brian brings extensive industry experience to Maetrics and is ready to share his expertise with its clients. Having recently been Head of a European based Notified Body, Brian will provide valuable insight on CE Marking, Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and conformity assessments in compliance such as auditing, effective Technical File development and maintenance, and clinical evaluations.

Brian is also a respected thought leader specialising in Human Factors and has been involved in MHRA working groups to develop industry guidance. He has frequently presented around regulatory issues and his standing as a thought leader is further confirmed by his role developing Medical Device presentations at Cranfield University as part of their MSc Program on Medical Devices.
