By taking advantage of the service plans, users can extend the lives of their hardware by years and lower their total cost of ownership considerably.
Service plans are available for entry-level, midrange and enterprise-class systems and are customizable to organizations of all types and sizes. Options range from occasional operating-system support to around-the-clock availability of onsite technicians every day of the week.
Plans are available for state-of-the-art systems as well as ones that are decades old. Oftentimes, it's more cost-effective for organizations to maintain their aging hardware than to invest in brand-new systems.
The global network of providers' services are by small and large organizations alike, including Lincoln Financial and the New York Stock Exchange.
The support plans are available with online ticketing systems, which allow clients to stay in the loop about their hardware that's being serviced. By logging online, users can easily check the status of their machines and find important information about their systems and support plans.
