Press release from: Appia Communications

LOS ANGELES, CA – March 2, 2009 – Appia Communications and Encino-based 7 Layer IT Solutions announced today that they are ramping up collaboration in Southern California, citing increased demand for managed IT and telecommunications services from area companies and organizations.

Appia, recently named one of the top five managed service providers in the world, and 7 Layer IT Solutions, a leading technology consultancy, first partnered in 2007. Their current expansion includes new service offerings and an increase in staff.

“Companies and organizations have made substantial investments in their networks,” said Jason Ulm, Appia’s vice president of sales. “We find new ways for them to leverage their investments to reduce costs and improve productivity and customer service.

“Our new video conferencing service is a great example. It will be popular here because it will save the time, money and hassles of travel. Instead of spending two hours on the freeway, people can meet via video, which is almost like meeting face-to-face.”

“Expansion is a good problem to have,” said Angel Cifuentes, president of 7 Layer IT Solutions. “We’ve grown on the strength of our satisfied customers. Especially in this economic climate, we know our services can help many more.”

For more information about Appia’s managed IT and telecom services, or about becoming an Appia partner, please contact Jason Ulm at 317-715-9507 or jason@appiaservices.com.
