eZee Absolute hotel PMS integrates with Repup’s reputation

Hotel and restaurant management software providers eZee Technosys have allied up with customer experience management start-up Repup. Collectively, they have integrated their systems to provide a complete solution whereby hotelier can manage property operations as well as their online reputation on various platforms.

Hospitality solutions providers eZee Technosys with Repup as partners; have integrated their systems for hoteliers to get a reputation management engine with eZee’s PMS.

eZee Absolute- the cloud based hotel PMS is now integrated with Repup’s online reputation management software. This interface will help hoteliers using eZee’s PMS to be able to identify social profiles of their guests and connect with them on various platforms. Additionally, the integration assists hoteliers with simpler workflow management within a single system, ranging from hotel operations to interacting with guests in order to nourish their online image.

Thus, it becomes easier for accommodation providers to track guests’ sentiments, know how guests felt staying at property. Eventually, leading to increase likelihood of guests’ return by growing engagement on digital platforms where they share travel and stay experiences.
