EGW Capital Inc. To Buy Into Indian Listed Equities

EGW Capital Inc. has planned to invest into the listed equity space in India. The company is focusing to invest in the infrastructure and metals space.

EGW Capital Inc. the leading financial institution which is just few weeks shy of filing for its Regulation A+ IPO, planning to raise a total of US $43 million, may soon begin accumulating the Indian listed equity shares to diversify its global investment portfolio.

The board of EGW Capital met last week and has finalized metals and infrastructure space for the medium to long term investment in India, however, the company has refused to share the details of its investment appetite.

Under such investments, the company will directly acquire shares from the open market with or without the involvement of the promoter group and will act as a medium to long term investor. The company may target dividend paying companies with a strong track record and a potential to create substantial value for it’s investors.

The company is planning to acquire minority stakes in the leading listed Indian companies and will hold onto the shares for a minimum of 24-36 months.

EGW Capital Inc. has started to trade on the OTC Pre-Markets (http://www.otcpremarkets.com) for the valuation and price discovery. The valuation of the company has peaked to US $520 million as of August 22, 2017.
