NextDocs Releases Version 3.2 of the NextDocs Document and Quality Management Suite

New Release Adds Features and Extends Infrastructure Support

Philadelphia, PA – NextDocs Corporation announced the release of version 3.2 of the company’s SharePoint-based compliance and document management software for life sciences companies. Version 3.2 of the NextDocs Document and Quality Management Suite adds new features to address the needs of the most complex enterprise customer, while maintaining ease of use.

Release 3.2 includes several new capabilities including Enhanced Workflow Design, Compound Document features and enhancements for Employee Training Records.

Enhanced Workflow Design allows users to complete the most complex tasks and processes in fewer, simpler steps, and the new compound document capabilities allow packets of documents to be managed and routed as a single entity. Employee Training Records, which continues to be one of NextDocs most commonly applied modules, have also been enhanced in release 3.2.

In addition to enhanced user features, Release 3.2 includes new infrastructure support to increase performance, including support for 64-bit Windows Server , SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft 2008 platform services.

“The 3.2 release of our software suite provides the necessary enhancements to meet the demands of our enterprise customers around the globe,” said Matt Walz, chief technology officer of NextDocs. “At the same time, we have stayed true to our goal of producing easy-to-use and simple-to-deploy software.”
