FrenchCreek Production, Inc. Announces Brook Siar as Human Resource Director
FCP Welcomes Brook Siar as HR Director.
“It is with great pleasure that Brook joins FrenchCreek Production as Human Resource Director,” said Jason Wible, FCP President. “Brook brings the necessary experience, work ethic, dedication, and vision to help take FCP to the next level.”
As Human Resource Director, Brook will be managing HR services, policies, and programs, including: recruitment and staffing; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; company and community communication; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; employee services and counseling, and more.
A graduate from Slippery Rock University, with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Human Resource Management, Brook remains an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Prior to joining FrenchCreek Production, she worked in the HR field as a Human Resource Representative, while also spending the past 15 years proudly raising her sons Dalton, Austin, and Logan with her husband Jim.
FrenchCreek Production, founded in 1992 and based in Franklin, Pennsylvania, is a custom manufacturer and supplier of Fall Protection and Rescue/Recovery Systems. With a multitude of independent distributors selling the FrenchCreek name or products, the company continues on a consistent and positive growth trend. Combined, Founder Carl Wible, President Jason Wible, and Vice President/General Manager Frank Davison, have over 80 years of experience in the Fall Protection Industry.
