Nonprofit organizations to receive Web design and development at no cost

Blue Tangerine Solutions is offering their services to worthy not-for-profit organizations.

Melbourne, Florida, January 14, 2008 - Blue Tangerine Solutions is starting the New Year with a Community Outreach Program, offering Web site design and development to nonprofit organizations in their community.

The purpose of this program is to use the company’s skills and expertise in Web design and development to support worthy not-for-profit organizations who are striving to make their local community a better place.

“I am excited about this Community Outreach Program, because I have always believed that Giving is Better than Receiving”, said Greg Bray, president of Blue Tangerine Solutions. "It is important for almost every organization to have a Web site online. So why not use our talents and knowledge to help these organizations build a better awareness of their services that cater to the needs of the people. Blue Tangerine Solutions will select at least two worthwhile organizations each year to receive a free (up to a $5000 value) Web site makeover. The offer will include some free maintenance and free hosting for 12 months as well. The next nomination closing date is March 31, 2009.

“We have a nominations process in place”, explains Marie O'Brien, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The accumulated nominations will periodically be reviewed, scored, and the next winner will be selected. Nominations must be submitted by an authorized representative of the organization in order to be considered.

Preference will be given to organizations that:
• Provide a service to their local community,
• Are smaller, local organizations, as opposed to national ones,
• Will see a benefit from an improved Web site,
• Currently have a Web site that is in desperate need of improvement (ie. the worse your current Web site is now, the better chance you have of being selected),
• Are currently receiving support from Blue Tangerine Solutions’ employees or clients”,
