Astellia, leading provider of QoS and performance monitoring solutions for mobile networks, announces the opening of a new sales and support office in Johannesburg in the South African Republic.
This is the 5th international location of the French-based company after the USA, Singapore, Beirut and Rio de Janeiro.
From now on, a local Technical Account Manager is already actively working in the South African area. He gathers more than 12 years of experience in the telecommunications environment. He worked for equipment manufacturers and operators throughout Africa.
At the beginning of 2009, he will be joined by Sylvain Fey-Ronc, Astellia Area Sales Manager, who has been working from Paris since 2006 to develop this area. Sylvain cumulates 10 years of experience in European and African technology areas.
Astellia keeps actively growing and winning new Customers in the African booming market.
Xavier Eme, Astellia Regional Sales Director, says: “In order to be even closer to our customers in the region, Astellia has decided to invest and open an office in South Africa. With this move we expect to reinforce our position as a key player in QoS and Network Performance monitoring market”.
