DIGITUS® protects against data loss when there is a power cut

DIGITUS® acts against this frequently occurring situation with a line interactive UPS to therefore ensure a failure-free power supply (UPS). The microprocessor controlled line interactive technology leads to a cold start diagnosis and also to automatic voltage regulation to offer protection from overload and short circuits.
"The DIGITUS® UPS plant switches over to battery operation within a few milliseconds. The PC is then supplied with power from rechargeable batteries“, explains Mehmet Kalle, production manager at DIGITUS®
The device has automatic frequency recognition and a RS232 communication interface. An error is signalled by an acoustic alarm when there are faults in the power mains and the user has enough time to shut down the computer until the error has been removed.
The input and output voltage is approximately 220V. The system status can be read off from the LCD display. EN 50091-1, IEEE 587 and the CE standards are met.
The recommended retail price is € 159,95.
