Adding a talented senior graphic designer to its staff of marketing professionals, L&A Marketing and Advertising, Inc. recently welcomed Ray Mong on board. With seven years of design experience, Mong brings a keen eye for powerful graphics as well as technical expertise to the agency.

“Ray is the perfect fit for L&A Marketing and Advertising,” said Elliot Light, president of the Irvine-based agency. “He understands both the creative and strategic elements of marketing and melds the two together in compelling ads, logos and more that help our clients build mindshare and reach out to consumers.

As a senior graphic designer at L&A, Mong is responsible for shaping the creative direction of the agency and its multimedia campaigns. His previous work in packaging design, branding development and printing coordination for a variety of clients makes him a valuable addition to the agency. At L&A, Mong will continue to collaborate creatively with clients and translate their business goals into effective and eye-catching graphics for an array of media.

In 2003, Mong graduated from California State University-Fullerton with a Bachelor’s of Art in Graphic Design. A native of southern California, he is proficient in production, prepress and press techniques that give clients the leading edge with cost efficiency and quality.
