Busch’s presentation at ComVac 2017 in Hanover was met with a great response

The Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems trade show presentation received a great response from the nearly 30,000 visitors at the Leading Trade Fair for Compressed Air and Vacuum in Hanover, Germany. The interested trade show crowds were able to discover the varied world of vacuum at Busch and find out about highly energy-efficient and economical vacuum solutions.

Numerous visitors from 47 different countries used the opportunity to talk to the Busch vacuum experts. They were particularly impressed by the countless possibilities that using vacuum has to offer in many industrial applications. Vacuum technology is often the key technology in production processes or in fields like research or environmental and medical technologies. At ComVac 2017, Busch presented a selection of these exciting and exceptional vacuum applications. Visitors were surprised, for example, that vacuum can be an important element when ensuring the drinking water supply with desalination plants, or that the mooring time of large container ships can be significantly reduced by using vacuum.

At the Busch trade show booth, ComVac visitors also found out more about Busch’s large product portfolio, which provides suitable solutions in the field of vacuum and overpressure technology for practically any industrial application. The topic of energy efficiency during vacuum generation was of great importance, particularly for visitors who deal intensively with energy management according to ISO 50.001 in their operations. According to the Busch vacuum specialists, it is important here that entire processes are analyzed from the perspective of energy so that the vacuum technology can be applied in ways that use resources as sustainably as possible. Busch offers so-called VacuumAudits as a service in which individual processes or even entire operations are audited and suggested solutions for increasing energy efficiency are submitted.
