Küppersbusch shows professional kitchen technology at the Iran food & bev tec
Gelsenkirchen, May 2017 – For the first time Küppersbusch Food Service Equipment will be on display on the Iran food & bev tec. From 23rd to 26th May, the Gelsenkirchen (Germany) based manufacturer of industrial kitchen equipment will show excerpts of his product range in Tehran.„With roughly 80 million people, Iran has a similar population as Germany. It is a challenging market with an enormous potential for growth“, says Marc-Oliver Schneider, managing director of Küppersbusch Food Service Equipment. Inside of the German pavilion Küppersbusch will show excerpts of its product range. „We will show large volume appliances for public catering as well as devices for smaller hotel and restaurant kitchens. The domains of hotel and public catering are moving forward right now in Iran“, Schneider declares.
The technology
Also showcasing for instance a 300 litre rectangular boiling pan of the PremiumLine 850 series, equipped with intuitive KCI control – KüppersbuschCookingIntelligence. The same operating logic can be found on the new multifunctional tilting bratt pan FEP 650, that will also be displayed on the Küppersbusch booth. Schneider: „It is exactly this perusing operating logic that makes the difference. The chef does not have to adopt to new things. All horizontal cooking appliances have the same electronic touch control with KCI. But we also offer most of the appliances with knobs. We absolutely focus on the needs of our customers.“
In addition to the convenient control the new multifunctional tilting bratt pan qualifies most of all by its functional operation. Boiling, frying, braising and even tender cooking of delicate food like dairy are the characteristics of the new multifunctional tilting bratt pans. „Thus the chef can work in an automated way where necessary, but automation ends exactly where creativity is requested. Our target: to give the chef the best possible support but not to limit his creativity as creativity and passion can never be replaced by automated programs“, Marc-Oliver Schneider explains the concept behind the new multifunctional tilting bratt pans.
An automatic volume-regulated water intake device up to the litre as well as a special treatment of the pan surface (DUPLEX NON-STICK) avoiding that food sticks to the surface and an ergonomic construction complement the new multifunctional tilting bratt pans. Schneider: „Our new tilting bratt pans can be integrated into existing concepts without any problem because of their design.“
Küppersbusch also displays an appliance for the à la carte business. Induction technology can be experienced live on the booth by an oven with surface induction of the PremiumLine 850 range – the series for 250 meals minimum. „Thus our visitors can get the proof on speed and efficiency of our induction appliances directly on site“, Schneider explains.
