Granite Pacific Financial, Inc., a financial and estate-planning firm in the Los Angeles area, will be offering a free financial planning dinner seminar on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at The Luxe Hotel Bel-Air, located at 11461 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles. Valet parking will be validated.“The average American family is retiring to only 59% of their former salary, according to the Los Angeles Times,” states J.F. Ranhofer, the presenter and a principal of Granite Pacific Financial, Inc., a leading financial and estate planning firm in the Los Angeles area.
Mr. Ranhofer goes on to say that “88% of people at or near retirement are severely under-funded to support their retirement, according to a Harris Poll, and according to the former head of the Government Accountancy Office, it’s only going to get worse.”
The educational dinner seminar will teach what can be done now to build a tax-free retirement nest egg without risk, and why “tax-free” will become even more important in the days to come. Also explained will be how to create tax-free income that likely can’t be outlived and that may outperform current investment and retirement plans.
