Brussels/ London, November 19, 2005 – During its 3rd European Anti-Piracy Symposium, AEPOC will present an overview of salient achievements and actions against piracy of audio-visual services – and discuss new challenges especially in regards to opportunities and threats from Internet-based businesses such as IPTV.
On Tuesday, 22nd November AEPOC President Jean Grenier welcomes Vice President Luc Perrault of North-American partner association CASST (Coalition Against Satellite Signal Theft) and Raymond Leinster Director General of UK’s FACT (Federation Against Copyright Theft). Speakers and panellists will further include AEPOC members from all sectors of the digital value chain discussing with an international audience of media professionals.
The Symposium will be moderated by Jeremy Thompson, anchor presenter of Sky News, and Nick Snow, Chief Editor of Euromedia.
