Nvolve Limited, an Irish based Learning Management System (LMS) developer, is calling on HR software businesses to partner with them in the development of a HR Talent Management software suite. Nvolve have recognised the increased awareness among companies and the value they place on the people aspect in order to ultimately reduce cost and increase revenue within the organisation.

Nvolve Limited have developed a LMS which combines the powerful features of e-learning with traditional classroom and ‘on the job’ training allowing users to have a truly blended approach to training.

Nvolve are currently in consultation with a number of data management system providers in the hope of extending their product functionality into the data area with tools like Performance Management Systems integrated with their learning management system. It is now their plan to make contact with talent management human resource vendors with a view to providing a fully integrated Talent Management System.

We do a lot of the integration for them but have decided by partnering with some of these other vendors, Nvolve plan to offer a fully integrated talent management system”.
