Gamry launches a Laboratory Course in Electrochemistry at four American Chemical Society Regional Meetings

[Philadelphia], [PA],[April 7, 2017] – Gamry Instruments will be introducing their new Laboratory Course in Electrochemistry at four of the American Chemical Society Regional Meetings throughout the United States. Gamry’s decision to launch this electrochemistry lab kit at the ACS venues was inspired by the expected attendees, workshops and the topics of the Technical Sessions.

The 2017 ACS Regional Meetings include the Mid-Atlantic Region (MARM) being held in Hershey, PA June 4-6th, Central Regional Meeting (CERM) in Detroit, MI June 7-9th, Northwest Regional Meeting in Corvallis, OR June 25-28th and the Great Lakes Regional Meeting in Fargo, ND June 27-30th.

Gamry will be represented by Cynthia A. Schroll, co-author of Introduction to Experimental Electrochemistry; the textbook included in the course. Dr. Schroll, a Product Marketing Specialist at Gamry, stated “The lack of education in electrochemisty has left students and professionals ill-prepared to tackle challenges like the degradation of infrastructure.
