euroscript International appoints Claude Nieder as Group Director Human Resources

Claude Nieder has been named Director Human Resources, effective as of 19 May 2008. He will be responsible for the development, implementation and steering of group-wide HR and Resource Management policies and practices. Further, he will advise group and local management boards on best practices in people management, and support our local HR Managers in e.g. the efficient organisation of personnel administration.

Claude is a trilingual (French – English – Italian) HR professional with many years of experience in various industries, including medical manufacturing, financial services and consulting services. His previous positions include Head of Human Resources for an IT-related company where he was in charge of the overall HR function with special focus on “change and lean management”; as well as Senior Consultant for Ariolys Partners, and Vice President Human Resources at Citibank Luxembourg.

Claude Nieder earned a Master of Economical Sciences (Major in Business) from the University of Nancy, and obtained a mini MBA (MCE) in 2004. In 2005, he participated at the INSEAD workshop “Achieving Outstanding Performance”.
