Job distribution
SpiderMount powers job distribution from ATS listings, RSS feeds, XML/CSV files or job board listings by providing bulk job postings to various job boards and aggregators. Job distribution, an essential component of effective job marketing, automatically posts employer job listings to a number of job boards and job aggregators in the required website format.
Job taxonomy
SpiderMount provides automated industry/category recognition based on job title and job description content, referred to as job taxonomy. Our job wrapping service scrapes jobs from employers’ websites and for those jobs without industry category data, we automatically identify the relevant sector and update the scraped data. The resulting job listings delivered improved relevance of both job search results and job seeker job alerts.
Job replication
Our Job wrapping service, SpiderMount, can generate multiple jobs by adding extra locations or other custom data to the original jobs content. SpiderMount duplicates a job vacancy, creates multiple jobs and updates selected fields, i.e. location or job type and then posts to target job board. This job replication feature can be used by job boards and aggregators that do not support multiple searchable location selection for one vacancy.
