Blue Robin’s Event Reservation & Management System facilitates Circa TX’s. clients’ with an easy-to-use interface to book & process reservations for tours and events, using a secure online web form. This system is fully incorporated with Circa’s existing business infrastructure and will be seamlessly integrated with WebDMC that is currently being used by Circa’s Destination Management business unit.
Blue Robin’s Event Reservation & Management System is a customizable, affordable, online registration and management solution for event planning companies. It offers easy-to-create, customizable web pages, registration forms for event reservations, attendee management, secure credit-card payment processing, automatic wait list handling, automatic cancelation notifications, on-site registrations, name badge and ticket printing, post-event surveys and flexible reporting.
Blue Robin’s self-service online Reservation System allows authorized Circa personnel to post custom-tailored tours and their related details online It is the most affordable, 24-hour solution for event registration and management needs. It saves time and money by processing registrations and managing payments without the need for any software purchase/ installation, or other IT investment.
