Automation Anywhere Reports Double-Digit Growth in Q2 FY27 as AI Bookings Approach 70

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA, September 25, 2026 - Automation Anywhere, Inc. reported double-digit growth in its second-quarter fiscal year 2027 results, with annual recurring revenue, revenue and bookings increasing year over year as global enterprises expand their use of agentic process automation.

The company said AI bookings represented nearly 70% of new and upsell bookings over the last six quarters. Automation Anywhere also reported that AI agent executions increased fivefold year over year, while customers generating more than $1 million in annual bookings grew by more than 25%.

Automation Anywhere said its performance extended three consecutive years of non-GAAP profitability, with EBITDA reaching the top end of its guidance. The company also reported a customer Net Promoter Score of 72 in the first half of fiscal 2027, its highest level.

The company's platform combines AI agents, robotic process automation, APIs, document processing and workflow orchestration. Its Process Reasoning Engine is designed to interpret enterprise context, plan actions and coordinate work across applications and systems, while Mozart Orchestrator connects agents, automations, documents and APIs within workflows.

Automation Anywhere is also expanding pre-built agentic solutions for finance, IT, human resources and customer support. Its Autonomous Finance offering includes solutions covering procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report processes.

The company cited Hertz as an example of autonomous work. Automation Anywhere said Hertz used its AI agents to map approximately 150,000 body-shop and tow-yard locations across the United States over a single weekend, reducing a task that the company said would otherwise have required weeks or months of manual work.
