The Self Service Center allows customers to create trouble tickets, check the status of existing tickets, and search the Knowledge Base, Forums, FAQs, or downloads for solutions to current issues, all through a secure customer web portal. It also offers the ability to post important announcements to customers of upcoming events, issues, and other news. The Self Service Center makes customer support available 24X7 while decreasing call volumes.
