Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. has introduced GEF One, a technology and financial-services access platform designed to connect individuals, businesses and institutions with appropriately licensed financial and digital-asset providers through a unified customer relationship, matching and technology layer.
Delaware, US - 15 Sep, 2026 - Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. ("GEF") today announced the continued development of GEF One, its technology and financial-services access platform designed to simplify how individuals, businesses and institutions connect with financial products and specialist providers across multiple markets.

Rather than manufacturing financial products itself, Global Enterprise Financial is developing GEF One around a partner-based distribution model. The platform is designed to connect customer requirements with appropriately qualified and, where required, licensed or regulated third-party providers according to product needs, customer eligibility, jurisdiction and applicable law.

GEF describes this model as a Global Financial Distribution Network supported by a unified technology and customer relationship layer.

Through GEF One, the company is building infrastructure intended to support access to areas including banking, payments, cards, finance, investments, foreign exchange and digital-asset services as appropriate Licensed Partner relationships are established, integrated and made available.

Where a product or service constitutes a regulated financial activity, the underlying regulated service is provided by the applicable Licensed Partner or authorised provider under that provider's own licences, registrations, regulatory obligations, eligibility requirements and customer agreements.

Global Enterprise Financial does not represent itself as the bank, deposit-taking institution, card issuer, investment firm, broker, payment institution, money transmitter, exchange, custodian or other regulated financial institution responsible for an underlying service unless expressly stated for a particular service and jurisdiction.

Building One Relationship Across Multiple Providers

GEF One is being developed around a simple proposition: customers should not have to independently navigate a fragmented financial-services landscape every time they require a different product or enter a different market.

The platform is intended to provide a consistent technology and relationship layer through which customer requirements can be identified and matched with participating providers.

Depending on the individual product and partner relationship, GEF's role may include technology infrastructure, digital interfaces, onboarding, identity verification, product matching, application facilitation, partner integration, transaction interfaces, reporting, administration and customer support.

The Licensed Partner remains responsible for the regulated financial service it is authorised to provide.

This separation of responsibilities is a core part of GEF's operating model and governance framework.

Developing the GEF Partner Network

Global Enterprise Financial is currently developing relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, card and programme providers, lenders, investment providers, digital-asset companies, foreign-exchange specialists and other financial infrastructure providers.

Potential relationships can range from referral and introducer arrangements through to API, embedded, co-branded and white-label integrations where commercially, technically and legally appropriate.

Each prospective relationship is assessed individually, including the provider's regulatory status, jurisdictions, product capabilities, customer eligibility requirements, technical integration and compliance framework.

GEF intends to publicly identify the provider responsible for a regulated product as those relationships are confirmed and the relevant regulatory information has been verified.

Technology, Partnership and Governance

The development of GEF One is supported by a governance framework focused on transparency, customer treatment, partner accountability and accurate representation of financial products and regulatory responsibilities.

Global Enterprise Financial's approach is based on the principle that technology can make financial services easier to discover and manage without obscuring which organisation is actually responsible for providing a regulated product.

Accordingly, availability through GEF One will depend on the relevant provider, customer eligibility, jurisdiction and applicable regulatory requirements. A

Platform Designed for Global Expansion

GEF One is being developed with a global architecture intended to support different providers, products and jurisdictions through a common technology framework.

As the partner network develops, Global Enterprise Financial intends to expand the range of capabilities that can be accessed through the platform while maintaining clear separation between GEF's technology and distribution role and the regulated responsibilities of each underlying provider.

"Financial services are increasingly global, but access remains highly fragmented," said Clinton Rotteveel, Founder and Managing Director of Global Enterprise Financial.

"Our objective with GEF One is not to manufacture every financial product ourselves. It is to build the technology, governance and partner network that can connect customers with the right providers while making those relationships easier to understand and manage."

"The Licensed Partner model is fundamental to that approach. Where a regulated service is involved, customers should be able to clearly identify the institution responsible for delivering it."

Important Regulatory Information

Global Enterprise Financial, Inc. operates the GEF One technology and financial-services access platform. Corporate registration does not itself constitute a banking, payments, investment, money-transmission, digital-asset or other financial-services licence.
