The Bullski Crypto Meme Coin Presale Fraud

The Bullski Crypto Meme Coin Presale Fraud

A new investigation into the Bullski crypto presale, exposed at www.bullski.co, highlights how sophisticated clone projects can imitate legitimate Web3 brands, attract unsuspecting buyers and create confusion before users realise they may have interacted with the wrong project.

At the centre of the case is Bullski, presented as a near-complete clone of IceBull, the original project operating through www.icebull.com. Bullski allegedly reproduced IceBull's visual identity, page structure, presale presentation, roadmap styling and wider branding while adopting a closely related name.

The similarities extended beyond a shared theme. The Bullski website was designed to look and feel like the original project, making it difficult for inexperienced buyers to distinguish between the two at first glance.

That similarity is what made the clone particularly convincing.

Community Complaints Raised the Alarm

Concerns intensified after members of the Bullski crypto presale clone community began reporting that the website had stopped responding.

Several users posted messages asking why the platform was unavailable, while others expressed fears that their purchases could no longer be accessed.

One community member reported making multiple ETH payments through the Bullski website using MetaMask. According to the complaint, the transactions were successful on-chain, but only one purchase appeared in the Bullski dashboard, with the remaining tokens apparently missing.

Other users simply reported that the site had stopped working altogether.

The Bullski community are the victim of the deception, not part of it. These were users who believed they were participating in a functioning crypto presale and only began questioning the project after access problems and missing purchase reports appeared.

The Token Supply Raised a Bigger Question

Blockchain analysis provided one of the most significant warning signs.

Bullski publicly advertised a token supply of 120 billion tokens.

However, the contract creator was identified as controlling approximately 360 billion tokens, roughly three times the advertised amount.

Large token allocations can have legitimate explanations, including treasury reserves, liquidity, marketing or ecosystem funding. The concern arises when on-chain holdings do not appear to match the figures presented to buyers.

For investors, supply discrepancies matter because they can affect dilution, selling pressure, ownership concentration and the overall economics of a token.

Domain History Added More Context

The domain timeline created another clear distinction between the original project and the clone.

www.IceBull.com was originally registered in 2005, while Bullski.io was registered in 2026.

A newly registered domain is not evidence of wrongdoing on its own. However, when a recently created website closely mirrors an older project's identity, branding and presale structure, domain history becomes an important part of establishing which project existed first.

In this case, the timeline points clearly toward IceBull as the original project.

Independent Audit Scores Also Differed

Both projects were reported to have undergone smart contract assessments through SolidProof.

IceBull received a reported score of 77.42, while Bullski received 61.90.

Audit scores should never be treated as guarantees of legitimacy, but they provide another technical datapoint investors can use when comparing projects. The key lesson is that users should read the complete audit rather than relying on an "audited" badge alone.

Website Failure Became the Final Warning

Bullski had reportedly experienced earlier infrastructure problems, including an SSL Handshake Failed error where Cloudflare remained available but the origin host failed to respond.

The website later became unreachable altogether.

Technical outages happen to legitimate projects every day. What makes the Bullski case notable is the combination of the outage with earlier token supply discrepancies, the recently registered domain, lower audit score and community reports of missing purchases.

A Lesson for Crypto Investors

The Bullski case demonstrates how modern clone operations can exploit trust by copying the appearance of legitimate projects.

Websites can be duplicated.

Branding can be reproduced.

Presale interfaces can be imitated.

What investors should verify instead are the things that are much harder to copy: domain history, smart contract data, token supply, creator wallets, audit reports and payment infrastructure.

IceBull (www.icebull.com) is the original project, while Bullski is the fraudelent clone that targeted vulnerable buyers.

The wider lesson is simple: in crypto, professional design is not proof of legitimacy. Verification must always come before wallet connection.
