Slickorps Enhances Client Fund Segregation Management

Recently, Slickorps, a regulated global CFD trading platform, announced that it will continue to enhance its client fund segregation management mechanism and integrate client fund management into the overall risk management and operational governance framework of the platform. At the same time, the platform is advancing its 2026-related work under the SOC 2® Type II attestation framework, further strengthening capabilities in information security, system controls, data governance, and operational process management. Slickorps aims to improve the transparency of platform operational information through institutional design, process management, and external attestation mechanisms.

Miller Acosta, a relevant executive at Slickorps, stated: "As global users and market participants increasingly demand platform security, transparency, and service stability, the competitiveness of a trading platform is no longer driven solely by the number of products or trading tools themselves, but by the comprehensive support of system capabilities, compliance frameworks, risk control, and data governance. The continuous enhancement of the client fund segregation management mechanism is a key step for Slickorps in optimizing its risk management system and operational governance. We hope that through clear institutional arrangements and verifiable management processes, users can understand the operational capabilities of the platform based on facts."

Client Fund Segregation Management: Establishing Clear Fund Management Boundaries

Client fund segregation is one of the common risk management mechanisms in the global financial services industry. Its core principle is to manage client funds separately from the operating funds of the platform itself in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, establishing clear account, record, and management boundaries.

At the execution level, the relevant operating entities of Slickorps continue to enhance client fund management processes in accordance with the requirements of applicable jurisdictions, including:

·Separate management of client funds and operating funds: Client funds are deposited into separate client fund accounts or related segregated account arrangements in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, and are managed distinctly from the operating funds of the platform itself.

·Clear fund records and audit trail: relevant accounts are managed by qualified financial institutions, and fund records have a clear audit trail to support internal management and external review.

·Independent use of operating funds: daily operational expenses, technology investments, and personnel costs of the platform are managed through the own fund accounts of the company and do not involve funds in client accounts.

·Continuous record-keeping and process management: relevant fund management processes are recorded, reviewed, and managed in accordance with applicable requirements.

It should be noted that client fund segregation is a fund management arrangement designed to clarify the management boundary between client funds and the operating funds of the company. It does not eliminate risks arising from financial market volatility, leveraged trading, or CFD products themselves.

SOC 2® Type II: Continuously Strengthening Technical System Control Capabilities

Building on prior SOC 2® Type II efforts, Slickorps initiated a new round of SOC 2® Type II work in May 2026, and the relevant process is currently ongoing.

SOC 2® Type II is one of the service organization control attestation frameworks established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It is primarily used to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy during a period of continuous operations.

Unlike examinations that focus on a single point in time, SOC 2® Type II places greater emphasis on whether the control system is executed in accordance with established processes throughout a continuous operating period.

Key focus areas of this round of work:

·System access management and security control;
·Data protection and sensitive information management;
·System operational stability and service availability;
·Order-related system process monitoring;
·Information processing integrity;
·Personal information collection, use, and privacy management processes.

SOC 2® Type II is an attestation framework for technical and operational controls. It is not equivalent to a financial regulatory license, nor does it represent a guarantee of trading outcomes or a statement that no systemic risks exist.

Global Infrastructure and Compliance Framework Supporting Governance Capacity Building

The advancement of client fund management mechanisms and SOC 2® Type II related work is built upon the trading infrastructure and compliance framework that Slickorps continues to develop.

Currently, Slickorps is continuously enhancing its trading infrastructure for markets including the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Dubai, South Africa, and Australia, and has established relevant connections with multiple liquidity providers and financial infrastructure service providers.

On the compliance front, the operating entities of Slickorps have completed the necessary registrations or authorizations in accordance with the requirements of applicable jurisdictions, including:

SLICKORPS TRADE PTY LTD (Australia): Holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL No.565483) issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

SLICKORPS TRADE (South Africa): Holds a Financial Services Provider authorization (FSP No.54545) from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa.

USA Slickorps Ventures Ltd (United States): Has completed MSB registration with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the United States, primarily undertaking technology research and development, infrastructure construction, and related support functions.

The relevant regulatory registrations and authorization information can be verified through the public databases of the corresponding regulatory authorities.

What Does This Mean for Users?

If you've booked one of these, the Civitavecchia port to Rome transfer you're planning looks nothing like the one described in most guides, which quietly assume you're leaving sometime after breakfast. Here's what's actually different about doing

How to Use a CD Rate Calculator Before You Lock In
Two banks advertise certificates of deposit. One offers 4.25% for twelve months. The other offers 3.90% for five years. Most people assume the second one pays more, because five years is longer. On a $10,000 deposit, that assumption is worth about $1,683 - and getting it backwards can tie up your money until 2031. This is the gap a CD rate calculator closes. It converts an advertised percentage into the only
