Samuelz (R) Centralises Mobility for Munich's 2026 Congress and Trade Fair Season

Munich, 10 August 2026 - From late August to mid-November, Munich will host a tightly sequenced calendar of international congresses, trade fairs and major events. Samuelz (R) is consolidating chauffeur, partner and coordination capacity through a central Event Mobility Desk.

A Dense Calendar Raises the Need for Coordinated Mobility

The season begins with ESC Congress from 28 to 31 August. INTERGEO and expopharm both open at Messe Muenchen on 15 September. They are followed by Oktoberfest from 19 September to 4 October, Bits & Pretzels from 28 to 30 September, EXPO REAL from 5 to 7 October and electronica from 10 to 13 November.

The overlaps and direct transitions require individual transfers to be managed as one connected programme rather than as isolated rides.

Companies, event agencies, congress organisers, executive assistants, family offices and international delegations have one accountable contact for airport arrivals, hotel and trade fair transport, evening programmes, schedule changes and departures. Programmes range from one VIP vehicle to multi-day operations with project-specific chauffeur resources.

One Operating Picture for Rides, Changes and Backup

Flight waves, passenger manifests, hotels and venues, vehicle requirements, chauffeur assignments, changes, backup capacity and billing are combined in one operating picture. Assigned chauffeurs update ride status directly, allowing central coordination to focus on exceptions and decisions.

The shared status does not replace an assignment review. Before a binding commitment, Samuelz reviews lead time, flight waves, routes, vehicle classes, venue access, driving and rest periods, and a viable backup reserve. Specific chauffeurs and vehicles are confirmed in writing for each assignment.
