A particular highlight in the event calendar is the performance of the MSL Bigband on August 3, 2026. Starting at 6:00 PM under the motto "Celebrate Good Times", the ensemble will transform the castle courtyard into a pulsating open-air stage. In addition, the castle continues to establish itself as a premier cultural venue with the residency of Parktheater Edelbruch, which will perform almost daily until August 30, 2026. The ensemble's new adaptations of the Brothers Grimm's fairy tales have been a favorite for all ages for many years, lending a magical touch to any stay.

Culinary Journeys in Historic Vaults
Complementing the cultural program, Mellenthin Water Castle offers a culinary variety that features new highlights every day. In the rustic vaults of the estate's own brewery, located in the right wing of the main building, themed buffets take place every evening at 6:00 PM throughout August. The week kicks off on Tuesdays with the Medieval Knight's Buffet, followed by the Pirate Spectacle on Wednesdays, which is a thrilling experience for the whole family. Thursdays are dedicated to the traditional Brewer's Evening, while Fridays feature the hearty Pomeranian Buffet, showcasing regional specialties accompanied by music and entertainment. The week concludes with a rich Gourmet Buffet on Saturdays and a traditional Sunday Brunch from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

A core part of the castle's world of experiences is the Island Manufactory at Morgenitzer Berg. Every Wednesday, guests have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of flavors. From 3:30 PM to 4:20 PM, guided coffee tastings take place, focusing on the art of the castle's own roastery and the refinement of coffee and espresso specialties. Immediately following, from 4:30 PM to 5:20 PM, is the rum tasting, which includes a tour of the distillery and a sample of the four exclusive BALTIC ISLAND RUM varieties. Moreover, the castle's online shop now features new fine malt whiskies as well as over 20 other noble spirits and fruity liqueurs from the island distillery. These products, along with regional souvenirs, can also be purchased directly at the Castle Shop or the Manufactory.

With its own brewery, distillery, coffee roastery, and island workshop, it invites guests to stay, celebrate, unwind, and relax. The hotel, harmoniously integrated into the west wing of the complex, offers comfortable rooms furnished with attention to detail, featuring modern and spacious bathrooms.
