After nearly ten years at Mercuri Urval and three years at the Frankfurt-based executive search boutique Shikar, Gregor Teamrat Ghirmay has taken the next logical step in his professional development: building and focusing his entrepreneurial efforts on an independent executive advisory platform.

During his time at Mercuri Urval, Ghirmay was responsible for numerous assignments to fill leadership positions in the DACH region and built lasting client relationships with companies in the industrial, retail, and financial services sectors. At Shikar, he most recently deepened his work on highly specialized executive search projects as well as in providing strategic consulting to executive boards, management teams, and supervisory boards.

"After more than a decade at established consulting firms, the time was right for me to channel my experience, my network, and my methodological expertise into my own entrepreneurial venture. The goal is to support companies even more directly and independently in recruiting and developing leaders," explains Gregor Teamrat Ghirmay.

The new business focus is on executive search, leadership advisory, and governance-related recruitment consulting for C-level positions, supervisory boards, and key roles during transformation and growth phases. The first engagements and strategic projects are already underway.
