Cloudification Launches Gardener Workshops to Address Growing Demand for Kubernetes-as-a-Service Expertise

Berlin, July 06, 2026 - Berlin-based cloud infrastructure specialist Cloudification has announced a new technical workshop focused on Kubernetes as a Service (KaaS) with Gardener (https://cloudification.io/cloud-workshops/), in response to the growing adoption of Kubernetes across private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

As organizations increasingly standardize on Kubernetes for modern application deployment, many are looking beyond cluster administration toward operating Kubernetes as a managed service. Gardener, an open-source project originally developed by SAP and now part of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), has emerged as one of the leading platforms for managing Kubernetes clusters at scale across diverse infrastructure providers.

Cloudification's new three-day workshop is designed for infrastructure engineers, platform teams, and cloud architects who already have practical Kubernetes experience and want to build operational expertise with Gardener. The training covers the complete lifecycle of Gardener-managed clusters, including architecture, deployment, operations, maintenance, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and production best practices.

The workshop combines instructor-led sessions with hands-on lab exercises using dedicated virtual environments. To encourage interaction and practical learning, attendance is limited to small groups of up to ten participants.

The new training expands Cloudification's portfolio of technical workshops covering OpenStack, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, and private cloud operations. It also reflects the company's experience operating Gardener in production environments as part of its c12n private cloud (https://cloudification.io/c12n-private-cloud/) platform and Kubernetes-as-a-Service offering.

As enterprises continue modernizing their infrastructure and adopting platform engineering practices, Cloudification expects demand for specialized operational training to grow alongside the increasing use of open source cloud technologies.
