RAVE THE PLANET Official Afterparty: Social tickets sold out, regular tickets still available

Berlin, July 7, 2026 -- For the fifth anniversary of the Rave The Planet Parade, the celebration continues on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 11:00 PM with its first-ever official afterparty. Under the title RAVE THE PLANET Official Afterparty - IMAGINE LOVE, the nonprofit rave the planet gGmbH will carry the energy of the parade from Strasse des 17. Juni straight onto the dancefloor at Columbiahalle. This is the only official afterparty for the Rave The Planet Parade 2026 and is being realized together with experienced Berlin partner LOFT Concerts.

Demand is already strong: the 20.00 euro social ticket allocation is now completely sold out. Regular tickets are currently still available in pre-sale for 49.50 euros. Tickets are available directly through LOFT Concerts:

Rave The Planet recommends securing tickets in advance. Pre-sale ticket holders benefit from smoother entry on the day of the event and can avoid possible waiting times. Box office tickets are planned subject to availability. Columbiahalle has a capacity of nearly 3,000 people.

With the official afterparty, Rave The Planet is creating its own dedicated space for everyone who wants to keep celebrating together after the parade. At the same time, every ticket purchase helps support the financing of the Rave The Planet Parade. As a demonstration for electronic music culture, the parade remains free to attend. Its funding, however, is built on many pillars, including donations, merchandise, music releases, support formats, and now the official afterparty.

"The afterparty is a direct extension of the parade -- just under different conditions," says Dr. Motte, founder of Rave The Planet. "At Columbiahalle, we can work with light, sound, and stage design in a completely different way than we can on the street. Every ticket purchase helps make it possible for the parade to happen in this form."

The line-up connects the roots of techno culture with its present. DJ Rush, Dr. Motte, Nakadia, Teenage Mutants, and Tommahawk are all on board -- with Tommahawk also joining Dr. Motte to produce this year's parade anthem, "IMAGINE LOVE," set for release on July 10, 2026. The opening set will be played by Vienna-based Kay Barton. The artist selection reflects a cross-generational understanding of techno culture: people from different scenes, countries, and generations coming together through music.

For Rave The Planet, Columbiahalle is a conscious choice of venue. It is easy to reach, offers major concert infrastructure, and is closely connected to Berlin's event and techno culture.

Around earlier Loveparade years, Columbiahalle also hosted defining nights, including "The Love From Above" by trance legend Paul van Dyk. For Rave The Planet, the afterparty continues a tradition that sees the parade and nightlife as connected expressions of electronic music culture.

"Over the past few years, many people from the community have asked us whether there would be an official afterparty," says Dr. Motte. "Now we're making that wish a reality. We want to create a place where the spirit of the parade keeps flowing -- with a massive sound concept, a line-up from the roots of techno to the present day, and a true one-family experience on the dancefloor."

As an experienced Berlin partner, LOFT Concerts is handling the operational production and ticket sales. Rave The Planet is a nonprofit, non-profit-oriented organization based in Berlin that is dedicated to the spirit and culture of electronic dance music. Our goal is to promote and preserve this culture, as well as to raise awareness of important cultural, political, social, and environmental issues.

The name "Rave The Planet" reflects our belief that electronic dance music and rave culture can bring people together and inspire positive change.

The organization was founded in 2019 by Dr. Motte, the "father" of Berlin's Love Parade, and other enthusiasts. It officially launched on January 13, 2020.

MISSION
Rave The Planet's activities include organizing techno events, cultural and political demonstrations, and educational events; supporting cultural projects; and advocating for sustainability and social justice.
