MESA, Ariz. - June 26, 2026 - QuarterSmart, an AI implementation studio founded by Hyrum Hurst, today announced the relaunch of its platform under a new approach: "Train your team. Automate the rest." Hurst, a Google Certified AI Automations Engineer and one of the youngest verified top-50 creators on the automation platform n8n, with templates used more than 10,000 times, founded the studio to help organizations move from AI interest to AI their teams actually use.

QuarterSmart helps growing businesses, nonprofits, and operations teams turn their standard operating procedures (SOPs) into two working assets at once: AI-generated training that gets new hires productive faster, and automations that remove the manual, repetitive work. The company builds, hosts, and maintains these systems, so AI becomes part of a team's daily operations instead of a one-off experiment.

"Most companies are interested in AI but get stuck turning that interest into something their team actually uses," said Hyrum Hurst, founder of QuarterSmart. "We take the knowledge a business already has, its SOPs and tribal knowledge, and turn each one into both a training course people learn from and an automation that does the work. Same source, two outputs."

Training and enablement is central to how QuarterSmart works. Hurst typically starts by reviewing a team's SOPs, builds a training system around them, and teaches employees how to use AI directly in their day-to-day roles, including hands-on tools like Claude Code and other AI assistants. Once a team is enabled, he identifies the manual work that remains and turns it into automation. Hurst has trained teams at businesses and nonprofits on practical AI usage and AI-assisted development.

The results are measurable. In one onboarding-system build, his approach cut new-hire ramp time and repeat questions by 65 percent and reduced SOP-related mistakes by 36 percent across seven operational roles. As a verified creator on the automation platform n8n, Hurst ranks among the top 50 creators worldwide, with 25 published templates spanning AI video production, lead capture, client onboarding, and operations workflows, and he publishes open-source AI developer tools.

Based in Mesa, Arizona, QuarterSmart works with direct clients and also serves as an implementation partner for AI consultancies and agencies that need a technical team to deliver client work. The studio is led by Hurst alongside operator and outreach manager Cullen Brown. Hurst holds AI and prompt-engineering certifications from Anthropic and Google and has been cited on AI topics in industry press.

"AI adoption fails when the training never reaches a real workflow, or the automation ideas never get built," Hurst added. "We train the team to use AI in their actual jobs, build the automation for what is left, and stay on to maintain it."

QuarterSmart is now accepting new engagements. More information is available at quartersmart.com
