Atmantara Enters Definitive Agreement to Be Acquired for €80 Million

Berlin, Germany, 18 June 2026, Atmantara GmbH, a provider of AI infrastructure and decision-making tools for banking, insurance, and financial services, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by a private investment partner in a transaction valued at €80 million.

The investment provides Atmantara with additional resources and long-term backing to accelerate its technology roadmap and expand its support for financial institutions across Europe and beyond. In line with common practice for transactions of this nature, the identity of the acquiring party is not being disclosed.

Atmantara will continue to operate under another name but with the same team. All services will continue without interruption, all existing client and partner agreements remain fully in place, and the company's standards for security, compliance, and data protection are unchanged.
