Founded in 2017, Tamari has spent the last eight years evolving into Fresno's premier gathering place for authentic robatayaki and world-class sushi. The award comes as the restaurant continues to push the boundaries of the local culinary scene through its farm-to-table freshness and the recent launch of its First Annual Omakase series.
