In a city that runs on hard work, "Omakase" (meaning "I leave it up to you" ) offers the ultimate cognitive reset. For two and a half hours, guests are invited to silence their notifications, pull up a chair, and let the chefs handle the rest.
"We wanted to create something unique for our community," says Edward Yung, Founder and Owner of Tamari. "This is our way of saying thank you.
