As part of the four-year anniversary of the SOUL OF AFRIKA Gallery, South African sculptor Bryan Cusack will present an exclusive opening of his latest sculpture collection in Munich on June 5 and 6, 2026. More about the gallery: https://soulofafrika.com/en
Cusack is one of the internationally renowned artists of contemporary African
sculpture and captivates audiences with monumental works made from driftwood collected along the coasts of the Indian Ocean. His works combine raw natural materials with artistic precision and navigate the realms of transformation, energetic memory, and organic power.
Bryan Cusack will travel personally from Durban to Munich for the exhibition, offering visitors rare insights into his working methods and the creation of his works. The new collection will be presented in Germany for the first time.
Contemporary sculptures by artist Bryan Cusack
Cusack's sculptures are held in international private collections and have garnered worldwide attention. Among others, Princess Charl?ne of Monaco is a collector of his works.
With this exhibition, the SOUL OF AFRIKA Gallery continues its focus on contemporary African art and creates a space for cultural exchange between art, materiality, and international dialogue.
