BCD Meetings & Events Launches The Collective in Germany, Expanding Strategic Strategic and Creative Capabilities in Europe

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has launched The Collective in Germany, marking its expansion into Europe and strengthening how organizations design and deliver event experiences.

The Collective is the strategic, creative and production agency within BCD M&E, bringing together insight, creativity and scale to help brands perform at defining moments.
Established in the U.S, and UK, the launch in Germany marks the next step in its global expansion.

As part of this expansion, BCD M&E has appointed Nils Hartmann as Head of The Collective Germany, where he will lead the development of its creative and strategic capabilities in the market.

With more than 25 years connecting brands and people through impactful experiences and campaigns, Nils brings a strong blend of creative, strategic and commercial expertise. His career spans work in Europe, the U.S., and Asia, where he has built organizational structures, developed new business areas, established lasting client relationships. In his role, Nils will be responsible for establishing and growing The Collective in Germany.
