BizzTech and EY Sign Letter of Intent for UkraineVerse and NATO Logistics MVP

Hannover, Germany - BizzTech Europe S.L. and EY Consulting Deutschland GmbH have signed a Letter of Intent at Hannover Messe 2026, setting the basis for a structured collaboration connected to UkraineVerse. The initial emphasis is a logistics MVP for frontline logistics, situational awareness, and operational coordination, with potential relevance for NATO-related use cases.

The Letter of Intent expresses the shared aim of bringing together BizzTech's browser-based operational digital twin platform, powered by HAL-OS, its patent pending agentic AI platform, with EY's capabilities across strategy, governance, program management, financing structuring, stakeholder coordination, and scaling support.

Within the current framework, the parties are defining opportunities related to UkraineVerse, a digital platform initiative focused on the reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine. They are also examining a potential first operational use case for frontline logistics and situational awareness. The scope being discussed further covers governance models, delivery structures, stakeholder engagement, and possible funding pathways.

For BizzTech, the Letter of Intent represents a significant step toward positioning its operational digital twin and agentic AI platform for complex operating environments. For EY, it creates a framework to connect strategic, governance, and scaling capabilities with this emerging technology platform.
