BBCMGTai Inc., a Houston-based artificial intelligence company, and the STEM Festival Global Initiative, Africa's premier STEM innovation platform registered under the STEM Festival Foundation in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, are pleased to announce a formal strategic partnership aimed at expanding global opportunities for Africa's emerging STEM talent. As part of this collaboration, Dr. Osaretin Agbonavbare, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BBCMGTai Inc., has been formally appointed as a Member of the Board of Advisors of the STEM Festival Global Initiative, effective April 18, 2026.
The Partnership Effective April 1, 2026, BBCMGTai Inc. joins the STEM Festival Global Initiative as a strategic North American partner with a mandate to connect the initiative to international funding opportunities, facilitate university and scholarship pathways for outstanding participants across the United States and North America, and represent the initiative within high-impact global platforms and innovation ecosystems.
The partnership extends across the BBCMGTai Inc. family of companies. David Online Business School will provide structured business and entrepreneurship education pathways for STEM Festival graduates. RemoteConet, BBCMGTai's remote workforce platform, will connect top graduates to international remote work opportunities - creating a complete pipeline from talent discovery through skills development to global economic participation.
At the core of the STEM Festival's innovation model is the work of STEM Professionals Ltd, an award-winning and globally accredited STEM development company known for building and advancing STEM talent across diverse learning and innovation ecosystems in Africa. A Structured Innovation Pipeline The STEM Festival Global Initiative operates a deliberate model connecting: Talent Discovery → Innovation Development → Commercialization → Global Opportunity Access
Through this model, participants develop competitive real-world solutions across Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Software Development, Internet of Things, Animation and Game Development, Drone Technology, and Blockchain. STEM Festival participants have represented Nigeria on global platforms in Panama, Turkey, and Singapore, with one 2024 AI and Robotics Champion currently studying Cybersecurity at Anna Maria College in Massachusetts through an international scholarship pathway facilitated by the initiative.

The partnership was formally introduced to an international audience during the 2026 ECOSOC Forum on Financing for Development at United Nations Headquarters in New York - where Agbonavbare represented BBCMGTai Inc. as an approved delegate - generating visibility among development finance stakeholders, policymakers, and innovation leaders worldwide.
