African Rights Advocate Mx. Lasisi Calls for Accountability in Burlington County Proceedings Tied to NJ Superintendent Gregory Ackles and Judge Peter Lang Jr

Mx. Lasisi has publicly expressed concerns regarding ongoing legal and procedural matters connected to Burlington County proceedings dating back to approximately March 2022.

According to Lasisi, the matters involve disputes surrounding Gregory Ackles, related municipal proceedings,
and broader concerns regarding procedural fairness and case handling.
Lasisi states that multiple notices and filings were transmitted over an extended period of time and contends that meaningful participation in the proceedings did not occur until much later in the litigation process.

It is further alleged that the prolonged procedural history affected family matters, and related child-custody.

Certain municipal proceedings involving Judge Peter Lang Jr. were later modified or reduced on appeal. Mx. Lasisi also states that her father served as an important witness during portions of the underlying disputes and that appellate review altered aspects of the earlier municipal disposition.

It is further alleged that the seriousness of the matter is heightened because Gregory Ackles was represented to be connected to superintendent-related
responsibilities associated with the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New Jersey and juvenile-related oversight structures.

Attorney Mark Fury has now entered an appearance in the proceedings after an extended period of alleged non-participation by Gregory Ackles. Lasisi further states that Burlington County subsequently issued a withdrawal notice regarding the pending motion practice, after which Mx. Lasisi filed a motion requesting clarification and reinstatement because the matter has
reportedly remained pending for nearly three years.

Mx. Lasisi further contends that the procedural handling of these matters contributed to continuing hardship involving housing, transportation, and family stability. Supporting materials referenced by Lasisi include financial records, year-over-year profit-and-loss analyses, mortgage-assistance
documentation, and transportation-loss materials connected to separate civil and arbitration matters.

Mx. Lasisi also notes that related federal litigation has reportedly been filed in United States District Court of Camden NJ.
