While many digital solutions in healthcare continue to rely on isolated data or purely study-based queries, Medical Evidence AI takes an integrative approach: The platform combines real, anonymized patient data with immune status analyses, tumor activity in the blood, and AI-supported evaluation of medical evidence.
The system is already based on over 80 structured patient cases, which are processed in a fully GDPR-compliant, pseudonymized manner. The goal is to provide treating physicians with a well-founded, data-driven basis for decision-making--without disclosing personal data.
Unlike platforms such as OpenEvidence, which primarily offer access to studies, Medical Evidence AI goes a decisive step further: By linking real-world data with individual diagnostics, it enables, for the first time, a case-specific evaluation that takes into account the actual state of the immune system and the dynamics of tumor activity.
A central problem in modern oncology lies in the discrepancy between treatment and individual baseline conditions:
Current analyses show that a significant proportion of systemic therapies--particularly chemotherapies--do not produce the desired effect. A key factor here is the state of the immune system, which is often not sufficiently taken into account. At the same time, studies report that quality of life is a key decision-making criterion for over 90% of patients.
This is precisely where Medical Evidence AI comes in: Through the structured integration of immune status, tumor activity, and evidence-based analysis, a deeper understanding of the individual treatment situation is achieved. The goal is not to replace medical decisions, but to support them with data.
Five-Year Outlook: Building a European and Global Infrastructure
In the current phase, the focus is on scaling within Europe. Over the next five years, the plan is to build an internationally networked platform that:

o integrates laboratory and diagnostic data in real time
o creates a standardized, data-secure infrastructure for evidence-based oncology
o improves collaboration between medicine, diagnostics, and research
In the long term, Medical Evidence AI aims to become a central interface that combines medical evidence, real-world patient data, and AI in a scalable system.
Data Protection as a Core Principle
A key differentiator of the platform is its consistent "Privacy by Design" approach. All patient data is processed using pseudonymized case IDs; personally identifiable information is not stored in the system. As a result, the platform already meets the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and lays the foundation for secure international scaling.
Partnerships and Strategic Collaboration
For the next phase of development, Medical Evidence AI is specifically seeking strategic partners from the fields of HealthTech, MedTech, and AI, as well as clinics and laboratories. In addition to collaborations in the areas of market access and network building, equity participation is also possible as part of the planned financing.
