UK SMEs increasingly exploring franchising as a scalable growth strategy
Ashtons Franchise Consulting (https://www.ashtonsfranchise.com), a UK franchise consultancy, is hosting a live webinar this April to help business owners understand how to successfully franchise their business.More UK business owners are now exploring franchising as a practical route to expansion, as traditional growth methods become more capital-intensive and operationally complex.
Ashtons Franchise Consulting, which supports businesses in developing and launching franchise models, will host a live online webinar titled "How to Franchise Your Business" on Thursday 23rd April at 10:00am.
The session is designed for business owners who are actively considering franchising and want clear, practical guidance on how to begin the process.
The three-hour webinar will cover the key stages of building a franchise model, including structure, operations, legal considerations, and financial planning.
The event will also feature guest contributions from NatWest, who will discuss funding options available to both franchisors and franchisees, and Ashtons Legal, who will provide guidance on the legal requirements involved in franchising a business.
A spokesperson for Ashtons Franchise Consulting said franchising continues to grow in popularity as business owners look for more scalable and sustainable ways to expand.
"We are seeing a clear increase in business owners exploring franchising as a structured route to growth. Many reach a point where traditional expansion becomes difficult, and franchising offers a way to scale while maintaining brand consistency and reducing operational burden."
The webinar will also explore whether a business is ready to franchise, how to design a scalable model, and the most common mistakes to avoid when starting a franchise journey.
