PERSPA 2026 - Prix de la Perspective Architecturale, international architectural photography competition open for entries.

Association PERSPA (n° W181008908), a registered cultural association in Bourges, France, has announced the opening of entries for the inaugural Prix de la Perspective Architecturale (PERSPA) 2026, an international photography competition dedicated exclusively to architectural perspective.

The competition invites professional, amateur, and student photographers aged 18 and over from around the world to submit their finest architectural photography across 18 categories, including Cityscape, Minimalism, Geometry, Historic & Heritage, Fine Art, Aerial, Stairs, Symmetry, Night & Low Light, and more. Both single images and series are accepted.

"Architecture is everywhere, but perspective is personal," said the PERSPA organising team. "We created this award to give architectural photographers a dedicated platform - one that treats their discipline with the seriousness and visibility it deserves."

PRIZES & RECOGNITION

The Overall Winner receives a €1,000 cash prize. Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards are given in each of the 18 categories, along with Honourable Mentions. All winners, honourable mentions, and accepted entries receive an official certificate issued by Association PERSPA.

Winning and selected works will be published in the PERSPA Annual Book, a curated publication distributed to libraries. Selected works will also be featured in the PERSPA online winners gallery, with physical exhibition opportunities currently in development.

TIMELINE & FEES

Early Bird entries open 15 April and close 31 May 2026 at a fee of €17 per entry. Regular entries run from 1 June to 31 July 2026 at €25 per entry. One complimentary single-image entry is offered for photographs taken in France.

All entries undergo blind jury evaluation in September, with winners announced in October 2026.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Entries must be submitted as high-resolution JPEG files (minimum 2000px on the longest side recommended). Basic post-processing is permitted; compositing or significant manipulation must be disclosed. RAW files may be requested at any stage for authenticity verification.

Entrants retain full copyright of their images. Association PERSPA receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted works for award administration, exhibition, press, website, and social media, always with photographer credit. Images are never sold or relicensed to third parties.
