Supporting features include fuzzy role matching (so a "Member of Technical Staff" correctly matches a "Software Engineer" requisition), a referral queue that tracks every introduction sent, a leaderboard that keeps employees engaged over time, backchannel reference checks, and ATS integration to keep live roles flowing into the engine automatically.

Why It Matters
The data on referral hiring is unambiguous: referred employees stay 70% longer, get hired 55% faster, and cost a fraction of candidates sourced through job boards or agencies.
