Launch of "Football Legacy": New Online Football Manager Focuses on Fair Play Instead of Pay-to-Win

Hamburg, March 20, 2026 - The online football manager game Football Legacy officially launches in version 1.0. Starting now, players have the opportunity to found their own club and compete in league systems against other real players.
A key feature of the game is its deliberate avoidance of traditional "pay-to-win" mechanics. Instead, the development team focuses on delivering a fair gaming experience for everyone. The game is monetized exclusively through an optional supporter subscription, which unlocks cosmetic add-ons such as custom player images or club logos, but provides no gameplay advantages.
The official launch follows a three-month testing phase that attracted significant interest: more than 600 players actively participated and provided valuable feedback. This feedback was directly incorporated into the ongoing development of the game and played a major role in shaping the current version.
At launch, Football Legacy is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and England. Expansion into additional countries is already planned.
Alongside the launch, the development studio is continuing to seek strategic partners to support the game's growth. In particular, collaborations in the field of affiliate marketing are being pursued.
