Deodorant balm with long-lasting effect

Unpleasant body odor is not inevitable. Based on mineral and plant ingredients, Badestrand Kosmetik GmbH has developed a deodorant balm with dermatologically tested 24-hour effectiveness. The balm is suitable for use on the underarms, external genital area, and for foot care.

Sweat odor is caused by the oxidation of sweat, bacteria, and fatty acids when they come into contact with air. The use of zinc oxide in combination with herbal extracts of rosemary, calendula, hops, and horsetail, incorporated into a plant-based balm base, prevents sweat decomposition. The sweat remains fresh and odorless. The use of an effective deodorant has a positive effect on social interaction.

Compared to many other commercially available deodorants, the deodorant from Badestrand Kosmetik GmbH does not interfere with the natural flow of sweat from the skin pores, the pores remain free and irritation due to constriction or blockages cannot occur. This also characterizes its particularly good tolerability, as confirmed by dermatologists.

Badestrand Deo-Balsam is highly concentrated and very economical to use due to its almost water-free consistency. One application per day is sufficient. The Deo-Balsam is available in an environmentally friendly brown glass jar with a capacity of 30 ml.

Scientists estimate that there are up to 2 million sweat glands on human skin. There are approximately 750 sweat glands per cm2 in the armpit area, 400 on the palms of the hands, 600 on the soles of the feet, 200 on the chest, and 50 - 100 on the buttocks.

Sweat regulates body temperature and is absolutely essential for health. Evaporative cooling cools the skin surface and lowers the body temperature to an optimal 37 ?C.

In an adult human, evaporation through sweat amounts to approximately 0.5 liters per day. When exposed to heat or during exercise, water loss can reach 10 liters per day. The average salt content in skin sweat is 0.7 %. For this reason, it is extremely important to consume salty, electrolyte-rich drinks when sweating profusely to avoid collapse.
