Enterprise4All Training Session

Enterprise4All Training Session

Enterprise4All, a national provider of practical training for individuals, small businesses and self-employed professionals, is celebrating a major milestone after achieving Expected Standard across all areas in its latest Ofsted inspection. The inspection confirmed that Enterprise4All met all five quality indicators, with zero areas flagged for Needs Attention or Urgent Improvement and safeguarding judged effective. This recognition reflects the organisation's 15 month journey of transformation and work to improve it's offering.

The new Ofsted framework uses a strict "secure fit" model, meaning providers must meet every criterion within a grade to achieve it, a significant shift from previous inspection approaches. Enterprise4All is one of the first providers in the Northwest to be assessed under this framework, making the achievement even more notable.

Enterprise4All is a national provider of practical, hands-on training for individuals, small businesses, and self-employed professionals. It specialises in delivering cohort-based skills programmes that combine technical skills with real-world business application, helping learners turn ideas into commercially viable outcomes. Enterprise4All focuses on inclusive learning, professional development, and measurable impact, equipping participants with the knowledge, confidence and tools to innovate, grow their businesses and succeed in a rapidly changing workplace.

Malin Patel, CEO, said:
"This inspection outcome reflects the significant progress Enterprise4All has made since 2024. We took decisive action to strengthen leadership, governance and quality assurance. We are pleased that Ofsted recognised these improvements and that we are now meeting the expected standard. We are particularly proud that safeguarding was judged to be effective and that inspectors recognised our inclusive culture and the positive experience of learners."

Louise Jolly, Shadow Nominee and Quality Assurance Officer, added:
"The inspection validates the work that has gone into strengthening our quality assurance processes. Ofsted's findings show that learners make strong progress from their starting points and are well prepared for their next steps. We welcome the clear next steps identified and see these as an opportunity to continue refining our provision."

Achieving Expected Standard across all areas provides independent confirmation that Enterprise4All meets national expectations for high-quality education and training, demonstrating its measurable impact on learners and local businesses. The inspection also verified strong learner outcomes, including high retention rates and clear progression into employment, business growth, and improved digital capability.

The inspection outcome reflects the successful embedding of enhanced systems, professional development, governance structures, and learner-focused support strategies. Enterprise4All will use Ofsted's "next steps" recommendations as part of its ongoing improvement and commitment to excellence, building a strong foundation for continued growth and positive impact across the region.
