RoamFit Launches Free Fitness Directory for Phuket with 776 Listings

PHUKET, THAILAND - RoamFit has launched at roamfit.net, a free directory of 776 fitness facilities across Phuket. It covers gyms, Muay Thai camps, yoga studios, CrossFit boxes, and personal trainers, with listings searchable by area, type, and price range.

The site is available in English, French, Russian, and Thai.

Finding a place to train in Phuket has never been simple. Most options are buried in Google Maps, scattered across Facebook groups, or just not documented in English at all. RoamFit pulls them into one place with contact details, photos, a map, and the ability to filter by neighborhood in a few clicks.

"We spent a long time trying to find a Muay Thai camp ourselves and ending up with terrible advice from forums," said Grace Wattana, Community Manager at RoamFit. "The directory exists because we couldn't find anything useful. So we built it."

Phuket draws a significant number of fitness-focused visitors each year. Muay Thai camps on Soi Taied in Chalong attract competitive fighters doing multi-week training blocks. Yoga studios around Rawai and Kata fill up with retreaters during peak season. The expat community in Bang Tao and Chalong typically wants monthly gym memberships, not tourist day passes. The directory covers all of it.

Current listings span Chalong, Rawai, Patong, Bang Tao, Kata, Karon, Kamala, and several smaller districts. Each area has its own page with a breakdown of what is available and what to expect in terms of pricing and facilities.
