Joyfields Institute To Hold Miami Evidence Based Conference For Human Services

Joyfields Institute Plans Miami Conference for human services on how to become evidence-based, case management, workforce development, and motivational interviewing. Joyfields will hold this evidence based conference March 14-17, 2017 for evidence based professionals seeking to grow while getting accredited learning hours. The event, which will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, Miami International airport, Miami, will help attendees learn clear paths to becoming, and staying evidence based.

During the event, attendees have the opportunity to take classes on case management, workforce development, how to become evidence-based, and motivational interviewing. Classes will be taught by Najwa Khalaf, Certified Workforce Development Specialist, Mark Lowis, Evidence-based Practices Implementation Specialist, and author, Dan Reed, Member of International Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Dr. David Myers, PhD, Professor and Program Director, University of New Haven. The program will also feature special presentations on Integrating Trauma Informed Care and Traumatic Stress for Service Excellence. She will also present a case study on how she led her organization and her team through the process of becoming an evidence-based organization.

This Miami conference is a great opportunity to Interface and network with top experts and peer professionals with varied backgrounds and experiences. Attendees also have the opportunity to earn 13 to 26 CE training hours towards maintaining their personal accreditation.
