With the new Sheet Metal Testing Machine Model 145-60 Basic Automatic, the company presents a fully automated complete solution for sheet metal formability testing. The system enables a significant reduction in testing times while simultaneously maximizing process reliability.
In modern manufacturing, precision and reproducibility are indispensable. The new testing system from ERICHSEN eliminates the factor of user dependency. The entire testing cycle runs fully automatically - from specimen feeding via centering and expansion to fracture detection and data evaluation.

The core of the system is an automated specimen magazine that can hold up to 52 test pieces. This allows for continuous operation without manual intervention.
Technical Highlights:
Standard Compliance: Exact execution of hole expansion tests according to ISO 16630 and waviness tests according to PV 1054, as well as many other sheet metal forming tests.
Precise Specimen Marking: The integrated laser unit marks samples automatically and in compliance with standards (e.g., for waviness tests according to PV 1054).
Optical Precision: The integrated HEXRASCAN unit utilizes state-of-the-art sensor technology for fracture detection and the measurement of the hole diameter.
Seamless Documentation: A high-performance industrial PC with intuitive software captures all data and enables seamless integration into existing quality management systems.
